服务端无法启动

双击dbserver.exe没反映，偶可在进程中闪一下，查看log文件可见：Error 339: Component 'MSCOMCT2.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

此问题一般出现在win10、win11中，且当前的系统操作员权限较低情况时。

解决办法：

1. 检查安装目录下是否有MSCOMCT2.OCX，如果没有，复制一个过来
2. 开始-->搜索：cmd
3. 右击cmd，以管理员运行
4. cd d:，回车
5. cd pims，回车
6. cd client，回车
7. regsvr32 MSCOMCT2.OCX，回车
8. 收到注册成功提示
9. 完成
