【症状】服务端提示更新DIP失败、电子发票伺服提示：The operation could not be completed because the script engine has not been initialized to a valid language
【原因】系统脚本文件受损【解决办法】 以管理员身份运行cmd.exe 依次执行：regsvr32 jscript.dll、regsvr32 vbscript.dll
